The Earthaus BUILD Plaster System is engineered for high performance, durability, and long-term breathability. However, lime plasters—including pozzolanic hydraulic lime systems—are not always explicitly addressed in standard building codes.Code compliance often depends on the full wall assembly, specific local code requirements, and the discretion of the building official or inspector. The BUILD Plaster System is not intended for use over drywall. Sand and Stone Finish can be applied over level-4 finished primed drywalll to create a cohesive aesthetic across both a natural building substrate and conventional drywall substrate.
