Plasters & Accessory Products | Shipped from Salt Lake City, UT
- Orders with 14 or fewer bags of plaster: Shipped in boxes, orders placed before 11am MST ship the same day; orders placed after 11am MST ship the next day. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
- Orders with 15+ bags of plaster: Large orders are processed within 2-4 business days and shipped on a pallet via LTL Freight. Shipping includes a lift gate. Expedited shipping is not available.
Made-to-Order Products | Shipped from Duluth, MN
- Limewash Finish & Mineral Pigment Packs: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Sample Kits, Samples & Custom Colors: Orders are processed within 10 business days.

Transit times are calculated based on business days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- UPS Ground
Transit times are between one to five business days. Shipments may be ship from different locations and arrive at different times: See "When will my order ship?" - UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select: See "Can my order be expedited?"
- LTL Freight: Our Salt Lake City Fulfillment Center coordinates freight logistics. Delivery can take up to 14 business days

For urgent or time-sensitive orders that need to be delivered quickly and reliably, expedited shipping options are available at checkout (limited to 14 or fewer bags of plaster):
Transit times are calculated based on UPS business days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. UPS reserves the right to change the availability of expedited delivery without notice due to circumstances such as weather events or other factors outside of their control.

Parcel Orders: Once your order has shipped you will receive an email shipping confirmation with a link to tracking information.
• Each bag of plaster is shipped individually and will have it's own tracking information.
• Limewash, Mineral Pigment Packs, Sample Kits, & Samples ship from a separate location; a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information for these products.LTL Freight Orders: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to tracking information. There may be a chance that the tracking information is noted as being unavailable. Please contact us and we will be able to research and provide tracking information asap.

Parcel Orders:
- Plaster orders with 14 bags or fewer are shipped parcel in individual boxes.
- Limewash, Sample Kits, larger Mineral Pigment Packs, and multiple Samples are shipped in boxes
- Smaller Mineral Pigment Packs, Color Decks, and individual Samples are shipped in mailers.
Freight Orders
- Plaster orders of 15 bags or more will arrive on a pallet.

Unfortunately, delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. To change an delivery address, contact us.

We will make every effort to replace products that are damaged beyond usable condition during shipping. Please document any damage with photographs and contact us via email to begin the replacement process.
In the event that the product is defective, or mislabeled Earthaus Plaster will replace the product or refund the full purchase price to the credit card account from which the product was purchased.
For LTL Freight shipments
Any damage to the shipment must be noted with photographs before signing for the shipment. Notify Earthaus Plaster immediately about shipping damages and we will take steps to file a claim with the shippper.

Earthaus Plaster will consider the return of full sized bags of plaster, Primer Grit, Olive Oil Soap Sealer, and Beeswax Protective Sealer. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
- Products must be in the original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for shipping. Earthaus Plaster will not be responsible for damage to items incurred during return shipping.
- All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the refund will be adjusted to deduct the shipping costs we incurred.
- Returns may take up to two (2) weeks to process.
- The cost of returned goods will be refunded to the credit card payment was made from
Returns are not possible for made-to-order products: Mineral Pigment Packs, Limewash, Samples, and Sample Kits.
