Unfortunately, we do not accept orders over the phone. However, placing orders online is quick and easy! If you encounter any issues during the ordering process, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance. Often, issues can be resolved with simple troubleshooting, such as switching to a compatible browser like Chrome. If necessary, we can generate an invoice and provide a checkout link to facilitate your purchase seamlessly.

We will be happy to let you know or do our best to find out if we don't know. Note: Every computer screen is calibrated differently for color, so color inaccuracy on screens should be expected. We recommend Samples in the lighting of your space.

Lead times vary depending on the product/service. Plasters, Limewash, Pigment Packs, Sealers, & Primer Grit are processed and shipped on the same or next business day. Samples, Sample Kits, and Custom Colors may take up to 10 business days to process and ship.

All products are in stock unless noted on the product page (noted in bold with anticipated restock date). When a product is not in stock, it is not able to be purchased.

At this time, we do not have any showrooms. Solstice Eco Building Supply in Joshua Tree, CA has a showroom featuring Earthaus Plasters (and sells our products as well).

For plaster projects, click the "Calculate & Purchase" button in the product page of your desired finish. In the calculator, enter the color and square footage to calculate the quantities of products. Add the selected items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. 4. Once you've finished shopping, proceed to the checkout page by clicking the 'Check Out' button. 5. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping address, select a shipping method, and provide payment information. 6. Review your order to ensure everything is correct, then click 'Pay Now' to complete the transaction. 7. You'll receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing your order. 8.
