Earthaus is based in Duluth, Minnesota, where we manage product development, customer support, and order fulfillment for select items. Our products are sourced and blended in the US and shipped from multiple fulfillment centers, including our primary distribution hub in Salt Lake City, UT, to ensure efficient delivery to our customers nationwide.

Earthaus products are primarily available online through our website. For customers located in southern California, we have an authorized dealer, Solstice Eco Building Supply, located inJoshua Tree, CA.
Solstice Eco Building Supply has a showroom where you can view Earthaus finishes and purchase select products on-site, by appointment only.

Our customer service team is available Monday–Friday, 10am - 6pm CST. If you contact us outside of these hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can on the next business day.
Holidays: We observe major U.S. holidays and may have limited or delayed responses during these times. If you contact us on a holiday, we’ll follow up as soon as possible when we return. -
We offer general technical support to help with product selection, application guidance, and troubleshooting. For complex questions or in-depth support, we recommend a technical consultation with our experienced plaster experts. Technical consultation calls can be scheduled through our website.

Materials Eligible for Free Shipping
All products are eligible for free shipping--except for the three plasters noted below--when the order meets the applicable threshold above.
Materials Not Eligible for Free Shipping
The following plasters are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of order size, due to their competitive pricing aligned with industry standards:
- PHL Binder
- Lime Stucco Fine
- Lime Stucco Coarse
Note: Orders containing both eligible and non-eligible products will receive partial free shipping. Eligible items will ship free, while standard shipping charges will apply to the non-eligible items. -
We strive to keep our products well-stocked at all times to ensure quick order fulfillment. In rare cases, if multiple large orders are placed simultaneously, certain products may go out of stock temporarily. If you are planning to purchase a large quantity (120+ bags), we recommend reaching out 6 weeks in advance so we can ensure product availability for your project.

Earthaus products are proudly sourced and made in the US. We carefully source our raw materials from trusted suppliers, prioritizing quality, and sustainability. Our lime comes from deposits in the Great Lakes region known for purity, and our mineral pigments are sourced for their exceptional color depth and durability. Each material and product has been chosen with performance, health, and environmental impact in mind.

We stand behind the quality of our products and warrant that they are manufactured to specification. If you receive a product that does not meet our stated specifications due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the material at no cost or provide a refund at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Improper storage, handling, or application
- Normal variations in natural materials
- Damage caused by third-party shipping carriers
If you believe your product is defective, please document the issue with clear photographs and contact us so we can assist you with a resolution.

No, we do not accept phone orders. However, if you’re experiencing issues with the online checkout, please contact us with your order details and shipping address. We can create an order invoice and provide a secure checkout link for easy purchase.

Sometimes. It depends on the timing of your request. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

No, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Sometimes we can cancel the order before it ships so you can place a new one with the correct address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

We currently only ship to Canada. Please note that duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are not included in our shipping rates.

Yes, expedited shipping is available for orders with 14 or fewer bags of plaster at checkout. For larger orders (15+ bags shipped via LTL Freight), expedited shipping is not available.
Available Expedited Shipping Methods:- UPS Next Day Air® →Delivers by end of next business day*
- UPS 2nd Day Air® →Delivers by end of second business day after shipment*
- UPS 3 Day Select® →Delivers by end of third business day after shipment*
*UPS Business Days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. The ship date does not count as a transit day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT will ship the next business day.
Please note: UPS may adjust expedited delivery due to weather or other factors beyond their control. We do not offer refunds for delayed expedited shipments.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. You can track your order using:

- LTL Frieght Tracking: Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to check the carrier’s website*
*For palletized orders shipped via LTL Freight, tracking updates may be delayed by a couple of days. If you have any questions or concerns about your LTL Freight shipment, please don't hesitate to contact us -
The default shipping method is UPS Ground Shipping. Transit times in the US range from 3-5 business days.

Occasionally, packages may be lost or damaged in transit. Here’s how we handle each situation:
- Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, we will replace the materials.

Damaged Shipments:
- If a package is damaged and discarded before delivery, we will replace the materials.
- If your package arrives and the products inside are damaged, please document the damages with clear photographs and contact us to initiate the replacement process.

LTL Freight Shipments:
- Before signing for a freight delivery, carefully inspect the shipment and document any damages with photographs.
- If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Contact us immediately so we can assist in replacing materials and in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a resolution.

We accept returns on select products purchased within one year with prior authorization. Please review the details below:
Eligible Products for Return
- Full-sized bags of plaster
- Primer Grit
- Olive Oil Soap Sealer
- Beeswax Protective Sealer
- Breathable Sealer
Conditions for Return:
- Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping related costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. Earthaus Plaster is not liable for damage incurred during return transit.
- All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be adjusted to deduct the original shipping costs we incurred.
Processing Time: Returns may take up to two (2) weeks to process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns on made-to-order tinted products, including:- Mineral Pigment Packs
- Limewash, 1 gallon Slurry
- Samples & Sample Kits
