Who the program is for

Active businesses in the trades and design professions — the people who install or specify our finishes for a living. When you apply, we’ll ask for two things: proof of a real business (a license, resale permit, EIN, or professional-organization membership) and proof of current work (a website, portfolio, or active professional account).

How approval works

We review every application and reply within five business days. If something’s missing, we’ll tell you exactly what — and you’re welcome to reapply anytime your documentation is in hand. Membership decisions are made at our discretion.

What membership is

Your membership is a business account with Earthaus. It belongs to your business and the people in it — it isn’t transferable, and the pricing isn’t shareable outside your company. Select Earthaus BUILD products are not eligible for trade pricing.

Staying a member

There’s no renewal paperwork. Membership continues as long as your business is active — just let us know if things change.

The referral program

Members can become eligible for artisan referrals — when homeowners, designers, or contractors ask us for an installer, we introduce artisans with a proven track record of Earthaus projects. Eligibility grows out of your order history: it opens after three separate purchases of finish plaster, and it stays current as long as you keep working with our materials. We confirm product experience only — we don’t certify skill or vouch for workmanship, and we recommend every customer view an artisan’s finished work before hiring.

The honest boundaries

Trade pricing is for your business’s purchases. Reselling discounted product through retail channels, returning trade-priced items for retail-priced refunds, or providing inaccurate information on an application are the things that end a membership. We reserve the right to review, adjust, or discontinue the program.
