Custom Color

Using a selection of natural mineral pigments, our colorist can formulate Custom Colors based on Sherwin Williams paint colors. Each Custom Color includes a 6"x 6" Sample Board.

*Custom Colors are made-to-order and Samples may take up to 10 business days to ship.

1. Fill out the fields to request a Custom Color.
2. Once purchased, we will begin formulating your Custom Color
3. Your Sample Board will ship on or before 10 business days after purchase (if you need Pigment Packs right away and don't need to view the Sample for approval, you can contact us to order Pigment Packs as soon as you receive the shipping notification for the Sample Board).
4. View your Sample to see if it meets your design needs
5. When you’re ready to order Mineral Pigment Packs for your project, contact us and we will create a special order invoice and a checkout link to purchase.

How long does it take to make a Custom Color?
Custom Colors may take up to 10 business days to make. You will receive a shipping notification for the Custom Color Sample Board on or before the 10th business day.

Are Custom Colors an exact match?
Our colorist will take the time to make a Custom Color as close as possible, but it may not be an exact match.

Are you able to make any Sherwin Williams color?
With the limitations of natural mineral pigments, sometimes we are unable to make colors that are very bright or saturated.

How long does it take to get the Custom Color sample?
Standard UPS Ground shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

If I need a Custom Color quickly, can it be rushed?
The Custom Color process cannot be rushed unfortunately. Expedited shipping options for the Sample Board are available at checkout.

If I don't need the Custom Color Sample Board, may get Pigment Packs instead?
The Custom Color Sample is part of the formulation process and is included in the service. The Custom Color Mineral Pigment Packs are a separate order.

How much are Custom Color Mineral Pigment Packs?
The cost will depend on the quantity of pigment that the color requires (light colors = less, darker colors = more).

As soon as you receive the shipping notification for the Sample Board, you can contact us to order Custom Color Mineral Pigment Packs.
