Breathable Sealer is a water-based, zero-VOC concentrate designed for long-lasting protection over Earthaus Lime Stucco Finishes and exterior Lime Slurry Finish. 

Once diluted, its siliconate-based formula creates an insoluble barrier within the finish, delivering exceptional durability while preserving breathability. When properly applied, Breathable Sealer will exhibit little to no noticeable change in appearance once dry. 

Size + Coverage:
One Quart: Dilutes to 2 gallons, covers up to 400 ft²
One Gallon: Dilutes to 8 gallons, covers up to 1,600 ft²

Coverage will vary based on surface texture, porosity, and application method.
